At Chaolang Lighting, we provide a 3-year guarantee on all products (excluding glass) and their component parts, and a 1-year guarantee on all mirror glass from the date of production.
Should any product fail during the warranty period, we offer free-of-charge (FOC) replacements, which will be shipped with your next container order.

Q1: Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, we support our customers to order sample for testing quality and function.

Q2: what about lead time?  

A: Generally speaking, it is 7-15 days for sample, it is 25-35 days for mass production. If the order is large, we will negotiate with customers.

Q3: Do you have any MOQ restriction for the product order?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is acceptable.

Q4: Do you have your own factory?

A: Yes, we specialize in mirror and bathroom lighting manufacturing field for eighteen years, we manufacture LED mirror, bathroom mirror,  mirror cabinet and bathroom lighting etc.

Q5: Can we print our own logo on the products?

A: Yes, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
