We (Chaolang lighting)  provide a 3 year guarantee on all products (except for glass) and their component parts, and 1 year guarantee on all mirror glass form  the production date.

We (Chaolang lighting)  provide replacements FOC (to be sent with next container) if products are failed during warranty.

Q1: Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, we support our customers to order sample for testing quality and function.

Q2: what about lead time?
 A: Generally speaking, it is 7-15 days for sample, it is 25-35 days for mass production. If the order is large, we will negotiate with customers.

Q3: Do you have any MOQ restriction for the product order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is acceptable.
